Well it's official! Looks like Don Meeker of has effectively resigned his license to practice patent law!

I wonder if those effected (like myself) have legal recourse against him for damages directly caused by his (in)actions.
I had no clue this happened until I was checking on a patent application he filed for me and found another blog similar to this one that could only have been created by one of his "satisfied customers":
